Sometimes our friends don't understand that Irish Dance is a sport. Our school friends think we're not strong or fast because we don't play soccer or softball. Irish dance can be misunderstood. My other love is dogs. I have 3 rescues, but I have a special place in my heart of my pittie. She is the most loyal, loving, gentle, beautiful, wrinkly, brindled pitbull. I just had to make a dress in honor of pitbulls to show how beautiful and misunderstood they are sometimes like Irish Dance.
